I have a dream that one day…”

“I have a dream” is a line which the late  Martin Luther King made his own.  It was a dream generated from hope in a milieu in which there was no room for optimism.

“what if”  rather than a  “no way” God calls us to be a  people of possibilities, a people who always believe that amber will turn to green rather than red.

Vision is always about possibilities. Mission is about the task involved in making the vision real.  However, the vision must come first.

If you have a dream or a vision for St. Peter’s why not share it. Regularly people come to say: “what if we…..?”  If we could share those dreams then we could get a picture of what might be possible. The mission will follow.

As with Martin Luther King’s, it may only be future generations who will benefit from your vision for a new church and a new community of communities.

Dreams are more interesting when shared. Why not begin today?
