Fr Kevin Scallon, CM

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Fr Kevin Scallon, C.M., (uncle of Fr Paschal Scallon, CM., Vincentian Provincial of the Irish Province). Fr Kevin travelled around the world with Sr Briege McKenna with their ministry to pray for priests.  Please remember him, his family, and the Vincentian Community in your prayers. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace. 

Funeral Mass in St. Peter’s Church, Phibsborough on Wednesday (July 4th) at 12pm followed by removal to Sacred Heart Church, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh for reception prayers at 7pm (Wednesday, July 4th). Memorial Mass on Thursday (July 5th) at 12pm with burial afterwards in the adjacent cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations please to the St Peter’s, Phibsorough, Conference of the Society of St Vincent de Paul.
